Bradley Reis

My name is Bradley Reis, and I bring almost a decade of law enforcement and firearms training experience to every course I teach. I currently serve as a Deputy Sheriff in Texas, where I also work as a certified Firearms Instructor, Patrol Rifle Instructor, Pistol Mounted Optics Instructor, ALERRT Active Shooter Instructor, and Tactical Medical Instructor.

Throughout my career, I’ve trained law enforcement officers, school staff, and community members to respond effectively in high-stress situations. My experience extends from the street—where I’ve served as a patrol deputy, SWAT-certified officer, and K9 handler—to the classroom, where I design structured training programs to prepare students for real-world threats.

Faith, family, and freedom are at the core of who I am and why I train. I’ve been married to my wife, Kayla, since 2011, and together we’re blessed with four wonderful children. Faith and family are at the center of my life, and I also serve as the youth pastor at my church, where I enjoy mentoring and guiding the next generation. When I’m not training or spending time with my family, you’ll often find me out on the road enjoying one of my favorite hobbies—motorcycling.

My mission is to equip responsible and law abiding citizens, first responders, and organizations with the skills, confidence, and mindset to defend themselves and protect others when it matters most.
