4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule a training session, please notify us at least 14 days in advance. Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled class date may result in a fee or forfeiture of payment, depending on the circumstances.
Refunds are issued at the discretion of Strong Tower Defense, and only under qualifying situations such as medical emergencies or instructor cancellations.
5. Participant Safety and Liability
By participating in our training programs, you acknowledge that firearms training involves inherent risks. You agree to follow all safety instructions, protocols, and guidelines set by our instructors.
Participants are required to sign a Liability Waiver before attending any live-fire training courses. This waiver releases Strong Tower Defense and its instructors from any liability related to accidents, injuries, or damages incurred during training.
You agree to immediately inform instructors of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations that may affect your ability to participate in training.
6. Conduct and Behavior
We expect all participants to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully during all training sessions. Unacceptable behavior, including but not limited to verbal abuse, unsafe firearm handling, or failure to comply with safety instructions, may result in immediate dismissal from the course without a refund.
7. Intellectual Property
The content on this website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of Strong Tower Defense or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
