We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your training session. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or credits are offered for our training courses.

1. Course Cancellations by Strong Tower Defense
In the rare event that we must cancel or reschedule a class due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, weather conditions, low enrollment), you will be notified as soon as possible. If we cancel a class, you will be offered the following options:

The option to reschedule for a future session of your choice, subject to availability
2. Participant Cancellations or Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your enrollment, please refer to the following guidelines:

More than 14 days before the course start date:
You may cancel or reschedule with no penalty. A full refund will be issued, or you can choose to reschedule for another session at no additional cost. -
Within 14 days of the course start date:
A 50% refund will be issued, or you may reschedule for another session, subject to availability. A rescheduling fee may apply, depending on the course. -
Within 48 hours of the course start date:
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the course start time. You may still reschedule for a future class, but a rescheduling fee may apply. -
No-Show or Failure to Attend:
No refund or credit will be issued if you fail to attend the course without prior notice.
3. Special Circumstances
In certain cases, we may offer a full or partial refund or rescheduling option if you are unable to attend due to medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances. Documentation (e.g., a doctor’s note) may be required to process these requests.

4. Refund Method
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during registration. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Equipment and Materials
Refunds do not cover the cost of any equipment or materials purchased separately from training classes (e.g., firearms, ammunition, accessories, etc.). Any fees related to these items are non-refundable.
